Product Brochures

Explain the product. Show where it fits.

The starting point

A feature list does not show where a product fits or why it matters. Prospects need a connection between technology, application and value.

The approach

PreTeSo develops a technically grounded product brochure with a clear structure, connecting applications, benefits and substantiated differentiators.

What you receive

Print-ready and digital product brochure.

Agreed scope

  • Define the application, audience and central message
  • Structure technical content and value arguments
  • Bring text and existing imagery together
  • Deliver print-ready and digital versions

Illustrative structure

Example: from the application to the product

This shows a possible document structure. The final content and scope follow your task.

  1. Application and customer task
  2. Product and operating principle
  3. Benefits and differentiators
  4. Technical essentials and contact

Process

From your source material to the agreed result

  1. Define the brief

Agree the audience, purpose, format and deliverables.

  2. Develop the content

Structure the material and clarify technical questions with your contact.

  3. Review and deliver

Review the agreed content and deliver the confirmed version.

What PreTeSo needs from you

  • Product information and substantiated performance characteristics
  • Target applications, audience and intended use
  • Approved images, logo, brand guidelines and print specifications

Scope & project terms

Fixed price

The final price is specified in your offer.

What determines the quote?

Page count, product variants, available copy and images, and design and output requirements.

Responsibilities & boundaries

PreTeSo prepares the agreed material and coordinates the technical review with you. You provide the source information and approve technical statements. Any specialist partner contributions are identified and agreed in the offer.

Page count, design and print specification are agreed in advance. Photography, new illustrations, print production and additional languages are separately scoped.

Which files will you receive?

The offer specifies the editable files and export formats included in delivery. Layout work follows the agreed corporate identity and templates.

How do review and delivery work?

The number of correction rounds and the schedule are agreed after reviewing your material. Changes beyond the agreed brief are scoped and priced before additional work begins.
