Technical Documentation

Technical information people can work with.

The starting point

Knowledge is spread across files, versions and individual experts. Users need extra help to find the relevant process, connection or current information.

The approach

PreTeSo creates or revises the agreed documentation for your product, system or service. Its structure, terminology and cross-references follow the needs of its users and their tasks.

What you receive

Technical documentation according to agreed scope.

Agreed scope

  • Define the document structure and information needs
  • Create or revise the technical content
  • Build consistent terminology, processes and cross-references
  • Deliver the agreed document version and format

What determines the quote?

Document types, system scope, source material, coordination needs and agreed level of detail.

Responsibilities & boundaries

PreTeSo prepares the agreed material and coordinates the technical review with you. You provide the source information and approve technical statements. Any specialist partner contributions are identified and agreed in the offer.

The document type and required technical reviews are defined at the outset. Risk assessment, conformity assessment, certification and complete fulfilment of statutory documentation duties are not automatically included.

Which files will you receive?

The offer specifies the editable files and export formats included in delivery. Layout work follows the agreed corporate identity and templates.

How do review and delivery work?

The number of correction rounds and the schedule are agreed after reviewing your material. Changes beyond the agreed brief are scoped and priced before additional work begins.
