Technical communication · TCO008

Make your expertise relevant to the people who decide.

PreTeSo analyses your specialist expertise and turns it into structured Value Views: decision-relevant arguments across defined business evaluation dimensions. Each Value View focuses on one dimension, on a single A4 page.

When it helps

Your solution is strong.
Its value needs explaining.

Value Views is for manufacturers, technology companies and specialist service providers whose expertise needs to make sense to several people involved in a buying decision.

  • Your sales material lists capabilities, but leaves the customer to work out their value.
  • You need to explain the economic, operational or other business effects of the same technical capability.
  • Your team needs a consistent way to explain a complex or unfamiliar service.

What you receive

A reusable set of Value Views.

Four connected parts form the agreed delivery.

01

Editable master assets

The developed Value Views in the editable format agreed for your project, ready for your team to maintain and reuse.

02

Defined evaluation dimensions

The perspectives used to assess your solution, such as economics, quality or sustainability, with their purpose clearly defined.

03

A structured argument

A consistent connection between technical capability, the question your audience needs to answer and the value your solution can provide.

04

Standard content

Agreed core content for each Value View, giving your team a consistent basis for sales conversations and technical communication.

How it works

From technical knowledge to a clear argument.

  1. Understand the expertise

Review your solution, its applications and the available evidence with the people who know it best.

  2. Choose the perspectives

Identify the audiences and evaluation dimensions that matter for the decisions you want to support.

  3. Develop the Value Views

Build the argumentation structure and draft the content, keeping benefits connected to technical facts.

  4. Review and hand over

Review the content with your technical contact and deliver the agreed editable master assets.

What PreTeSo needs from you

A technical contact and a clear use case make the review more focused.

  • A defined product, service or area of specialist expertise.
  • Technical documentation and access to a knowledgeable contact.
  • The target customers, applications and intended use of the material.
  • Available evidence, reference cases and any limits on what may be published.

Scope & project terms

A defined project. A reusable result.

A project fee is quoted for the agreed scope. The number of Value Views, selected dimensions, language and editable file format are specified in your offer.

Included in the agreed scope

  • Review of your technical material and intended application.
  • Selection and definition of relevant evaluation dimensions.
  • Argument development, standard content and editable Value View master assets.
  • Two consolidated rounds of corrections within the agreed brief.

Responsibilities & boundaries

PreTeSo develops the communication structure and content. Your technical contact supplies the evidence and reviews technical statements for release.

Measurements, technical testing, certification, translation into additional languages and specialist partner contributions are separately scoped where required.

How is the project fee determined?

The offer considers the number of views, the range of applications, the condition of source material and the required format. Additional dimensions, new applications or changes beyond the agreed brief are agreed separately before further work begins.

Which files will you receive?

Editable master assets designed in line with your corporate identity, in the format specified in your offer. The established visual approach uses one A4 page per Value View. Your brand guidelines and required exports are agreed at the outset.

How do review and delivery work?

The schedule is agreed after reviewing your source material and the availability of your technical contact. Two consolidated correction rounds are included; additional rounds or a changed brief are separately agreed.

Which dimensions can we use?

The framework has nine business dimensions. We select the ones relevant to your solution and intended decision; a project does not automatically include all nine.
