Requirements specification

Which requirements must the eventual solution fulfil?

Preparation of a complete requirements specification covering functional, technical and commercial requirements.

The starting point

Requirements are spread across documents and individual stakeholders. Comparable quotations require a consolidated and unambiguous specification.

Your deliverable

Requirements specification.

Content and level of detail are agreed for your project.

  • Functional and technical requirements
  • Commercial constraints, scope of supply and interfaces
  • Agreed verification and acceptance criteria, plus open points

How we work

  1. Collect requirements with stakeholders
  2. Structure requirements and resolve conflicts and gaps
  3. Review the draft and hand over the approved version

What we need from you

  • Operating conditions and site requirements
  • Internal standards and approval contacts
