Specialist services

Assembly validation

Assess an assembly’s function and interaction against agreed requirements.

PreTeSo helps clarify requirements, identify suitable specialists and coordinate the agreed next steps. The commissioned specialist carries out the testing or process. Scope, feasibility and documentation are confirmed in the specialist’s offer.

Prepare a clear enquiry

  • Component or product description, drawings and available specimen quantities
  • Intended use, interfaces and functions to be evaluated
  • Requirements, existing evidence and identified gaps
  • Applicable specifications, assessment criteria and intended use of the results
  • Timing, handling requirements and known hazards

Missing parameters are clarified with the specialist before execution.

To be agreed in the offer

Your results and documentation

Your offer defines the results and documentation you will receive from the specialist. We clarify the following points with you before commissioning.

  • Identification of the specimen or component and the work performed
  • Applied conditions, test sequence and any deviations
  • Required measurements, observations or processing records
  • Assessment against agreed criteria where commissioned
  • Report format, additional data and handling or return of specimens

From the task to the specialist

  1. Clarify the objective, requirements and available information with PreTeSo.
  2. Confirm suitability, capacity, scope and documentation with the specialist.
  3. Commission the specialist directly and carry out the agreed work.
  4. Receive the agreed documentation; PreTeSo supports coordination and clarification where commissioned.

Clear roles and agreed evidence

PreTeSo’s contribution

PreTeSo undertakes the agreed requirements work, specialist selection and coordination. Execution and the associated test or process records are the responsibility of the commissioned specialist.

Standards, accreditation and approvals

If specific standards, accreditation scope or formally recognised evidence are required, these are checked with the specialist for the actual task before commissioning. Listing a service here does not confirm such qualifications or constitute a product approval.

Scope, timing and specimen handling

Parameters, specimen quantities, preparation, timing and documentation are agreed in the specialist’s offer. Potential damage or destruction, further use and return of specimens are clarified beforehand.

The right evidence starts with a clear task.
